Return Policy


At Balloonista.ae®, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Due to the unique and perishable nature of our products, please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Inflated balloons
  • Personalized/custom-made orders

These products are individually created for each customer and are considered perishable, therefore they cannot be reused or resold.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Damaged or Faulty Items

All of our products are handcrafted by our dedicated team and are carefully inspected before leaving our studio. However, due to the fragile nature of balloons, rare damage during transit may occur.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Include clear photos of the damaged item(s).
  3. Provide your order number in the message.

Once verified, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or appropriate solution.

Important Conditions

  • We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or discounts without photo evidence of the fault.
  • Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery unfortunately cannot be accepted.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Non- Delivery

In the unlikely event that your order is not delivered as scheduled, and provided that the non-delivery is not due to inaccurate or incomplete delivery information supplied by you, please notify Balloonista.ae as soon as you become aware of the issue, and no later than 2 days from the originally scheduled delivery date. We regret that we cannot accept complaints of non-delivery made after 2 days. In such event no refund is possible.

How to Report Non-Delivery

To report a non-delivery, please contact us by Email: customerservice@balloonista.ae

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Your full name
  • The email address used to place the order

We commit to acknowledging and responding to your complaint as quickly as possible and no later than three (3) working days from receipt.

Resolution

If delivery has not taken place as confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

  • Complete the delivery immediately to your satisfaction, or
  • Issue a full refund for the undelivered order.

Non- Delivery Refund Conditions

In some circumstances, non-delivered orders may not be refundable (Where more than one attempt to complete delivery , because of any inadequacy in the information provided for delivery purposes or where the recipient was unavailable to accept delivery).
