At Balloonista.ae®, we understand that plans can change. Orders may be cancelled up to 1 hour after placing your order.

To cancel your order, Please submit your cancellation request via email at: customer.service@balloonista.ae

For security and verification purposes, please include your order number and registered contact details in your message.

Cancellations received after more than 1 hour after order placement, may not be accepted. Refunds will be made through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
